Address updates can be requested by calling or emailing.
You have until your order ships to change the address entered at checkout. May incur a fee if the new address falls under a new shipping jurisdiction.
Call or send us an email containing your order number and your requested modification to the order.
If we can make the requested change we certainly will! The sooner we know, the easier it will be for us to adjust your order and make it work for you!

Every order is subject to review once placed and is confirmed once tracking has been assigned.
Orders process Monday - Friday | Shipping within 5 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive an order confirmation email containing carrier tracking information.
U.S. Orders
- USA Expedited Air | Offered for the contiguous US states; Utilizes UPS 2nd Day Air. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
- USA Ground | Offered for all US states & territories; Utilizes UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, or equivalent service.
Allow 24 business hours once tracking is assigned for carriers to update with an estimated delivery date.
*Once tracking is assigned shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Orders
DHL Express Worldwide (Expedited)
Processed in aprox. 2 business days, picked up by DHL, and assigned an estimated delivery date within 24hrs of departing our facility.
All other international services
Process through our carrier partner APC Postal Logistics for export via USPS and delivered last mile by a local carrier. These services depart our facility weekly on Friday and typically receive estimated delivery dates the coming Monday/Tuesday (72-96 hours).
All International Services
Shipping updates arrive via email and your selected tracking service app. Malibu Shirts receives the same tracking information provided by the carrier. *Once assigned a tracking number shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international shipping services selected which do not include delivery confirmation Malibu Shirts is unable to help troubleshoot lost packages.
International customers are recommended to include Package Protection to ensure delivery of an order should it encounter delivery issues with international or last mile carriers
Shipping rates at checkout are calculated based on order weight, address, and services provided. These rates are final and can not be adjusted by Malibu Shirts.

Didn't purchase shipping insurance? If the carrier marks your order as delivered you must file a claim with them. Malibu Shirts may work with a carrier once the claim has been opened by you, the customer.

- Help us by messaging us from the email used to place the order or include Order # and Full Name.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- We are only able to process exchanges or returns with History Tags attached.
We monitor returns and orders to identify any patterns of unusual activity.
If we identify an unusual pattern, the customer’s profile may be flagged for suspicious activity. Malibu Shirts reserves the right to take the following actions:
- Refuse service or future orders.
- Deny the ability to return or exchange future purchases.
- Require the customer to cover return/exchange shipping costs.
