Built in the 1930's and originally named the Roosevelt Highway, Malibu's Highway 1 stretches from Santa Monica to the Ventura county line, running 27 miles along Malibu's scenic coastline. From Highway 1 you can see a number of great surf spots, including the world famous Malibu Surfrider Beach.
