Founded in 1935 by Adolph “Adie” Bayer, and John “Doc” Ball, the Palos Verdes Surf Club was the second surfing club founded on the mainland, following the Corona del Mar Surfboard Club.  The seven founding members eventually admitted 21 more surfers to their club, including surf legends LeRoy Grannis and Mary Ann Hawkins.

These sweatshirts are 100% cotton, Pigment dyed and pre-washed.  The sweatshirts have been faithfully replicated from the original PV surf club sweatsuits, including the zipper hood, and the individually sewn on lettering.  The sizing runs large and we recommend you order 1 size smaller than you would normally wear.
